Tool Chest - Typing in Search Bar

Problem I'm experiencing is when you're typing in the search bar within the 'Tool Chest' panel, if you move your cursor out of the search box itself, the text cursor disappears and the program starts registering any key strokes as hotkeys.

This doesn't happen with the search box within the 'Search' panel for example.

Currently on v21.9 however have noticed this issue rolling on from few recent updates.

Confirmed on my install of 21.9 as well. Interesting behavior for sure.

I have also been experiencing this issue. I have found it also occurs in the Measurements panel for all of the Properties (subject, label, etc..)
