Revu Stapler - Eliminate the Second Dialog Window

yah so I am never ever ever ever going to save a staple job, so if you can just get rid of that second dialog, that would be great. why i have to click to close that dialog, and then click again to say no i will never save a stapler job?

maybe, the "Create File" button can just do only that, create the file, without opening the second job dialog. but, for weirdos, you can keep the "OK" button to pop up the other dialog to save the stapler job. i can see its use, i just rarely if ever restaple the same sets of docs

I agree completely. That second dialog seems unnecessary and just slows everything down.

What is the “save stapler job” even good for? I understand it technically lets you reuse the same setup later, but in real-world use, how often does that actually happen?

Does anyone actually use that feature? I genuinely want to know.

Perhaps there can be a way in settings to turn off this feature, and only ask if you opt to have it?

Yeah, an option would work. But there's already 2 different buttons that do the same thing. Just make the "Create File" button skip the second window!

Also while we're at it, let's prepopulate a default filename, which would be the parent folder name.

I want to be able to select files in windows, right click, and combine with minimum extra clicks. Efficiency!

Bluebeam is a good company, they'll make the right choice! 😁
