Scaled Dimensions Markups formating

Hello!
2-part question:
1. Is there a method, after marking up plans, that I can Batch Change my scaled Dimensions from Ft-IN to IN? As I export to a workbook,I need to convert dimensions for formula use
2. Is there a better formatting or setup for markups, knowing that I will be exporting the data for take-offs?

Yes, you can select all of your dimensions then use the Units option on the dynamic toolbar to change to inches

PDF Previews in Windows are hit and miss
On Windows, some PDF previews appear in my folders sidebar while others do not. It seems like the ones I created show a preview, but the externally generated ones don't. Is there a setting I can change to make all PDFs show a preview?
