Remove the "X" Button from open tabs

As a frequent mis-clicker, I am constantly accidentally closing an open document by hitting the close button while trying to switch tabs. I always close tabs my using middle mouse anyways, so I would love to be able to just remove the "X" button entirely.

Instead of removing the "X" I think having the ability to restore the last recently closed tab is a much better option.
