How do I fix my custom tool chest and tool bar?

Question

Recently my default tools in Bluebeam were randomly removed from my Tool Chest — specifically my most commonly used custom tool set.

I’ve rebooted several times with no change. When I open the Tool Chest, my custom tool set is not even listed among the available tool sets.

At the same time, there are several tool sets listed that I don’t use. I’ve deleted those, but every time I restart Bluebeam they reappear in the list. Meanwhile, the tool set I actually need — which I’ve used for years — still does not show up.

I’ve also tried re-adding the tool set from my archived backup, but after restarting Bluebeam it disappears again.

Has anyone experienced something similar or found a way to correct it so the correct tool set stays loaded and the unwanted ones stop repopulating?

Is there any chance you have the wrong profile enabled? From the top left corner select "Revu" and then "Profiles" and cycle through them to see if your toolchest appears as you hoped.

Yeah, sounds like you're in the wrong profile

I always save your profile somewhere and as an added safety measure save your tool chest as well. That way they are backed up. But they're likely in your Bluebeam cloud somewhere, maybe try your C drive or asking Gemini. I pin mine in case of things like this happening.
