We’re currently experiencing problems where some users are unable to log in. After downloading and installing the latest version (21.9), the application opens and proceeds to the sign-in process, but we encounter the following behavior:
- Revu launches and a white pop-up window appears labeled “login.bluebeam.com” with a blue spinning circle.
- After a few moments, an error message appears stating: “Could not reach login.bluebeam.com/connect/authorize at this time.”
Some users the process is completely fine but the amount of users having this problem is increasing and I cannot get support to answer my ticket
Has anyone encountered this issue before, or are there recommended steps to resolve it?
