Bluebeam for iPad - officially dead? (iPadOS 26.3)

Question

I know there was an EoL scheduled for December 31, 2025 for Bluebeam for iPad.

UPDATE EDIT: I have tried this on 2 old iPads and they work. Also, I have 2 current gen iPad Pros that haven't updated to iPadOS 26.3 and BB for iPad still works. This appears to be the update that bricks BB for iPad.

I used it yesterday but today it will no longer open. Is it officially dead?

Hi @JaredH,

We did anticipate a point where an iPadOS update would eventually break Revu for iPad, which is why we formally ended support and removed it from sale.

That said, I’m a little hesitant to conclude it’s specifically 26.3 for a few reasons:

* I’m currently able to launch it on 26.3 on my iPad Pro without issue.
* Apple didn’t announce anything specific about breaking older Xamarin-based apps in that release.
* You’re the first person we’ve heard from seeing this behavior.

Before assuming it’s fully bricked, you might try a few things:

* Fully force-close the app and relaunch
* Restart the iPad
* Delete and reinstall the app (if you still have it in your purchase history)
* Confirm the exact iPadOS build number in case there was a minor patch beyond 26.3

If it is tied to a specific device + OS combination, it may not be universal across all hardware.

Unfortunately, since Apple won't allow updates, we won’t be issuing fixes. But hopefully one of the above steps gets you back up and running.

That worked! It seems to be working once again.

FYI, The 1st attempt failed, but the 2nd one worked. Don't know why though.
