How to share drawings

Whats the best way for two people to work on a drawing (not both at the same time). We have one person doing most of the drawing, but then sometimes our assessors need to go in and change something. At the moment this means downloading the PDF from Google Drive, opening up locally on bluebeam, editing, saving locally, then uploading to Google Drive. If anyone either assumes no one has done an update, or they don't upload their update, then we create a version fork.
Is there an easier option?

The easiest way is to set up a BB Studio Project. It can be accessed multiple ways. It will just need to be checked out and in by each person. If needed, it can also be pushed to a Studio Session for collaboration and then saved back to the Project.
