Request for Enhanced License Usage Reporting in Org Admin Portal

Dear Bluebeam Team,

Currently, the Bluebeam Org Admin Portal only records each user’s last login. While this is useful, it does not provide administrators with the detailed insights needed to understand license usage patterns across their organization.

For comparison, Solibri (also part of the Nemetschek Group) offers administrators comprehensive usage reports, enabling them to manage licenses more effectively and make informed decisions.

I believe adding similar reporting capabilities to the Bluebeam Org Admin Portal would greatly benefit license managers by:

Tracking active vs. inactive licenses
Identifying peak usage times
Highlighting underutilized licenses

I encourage fellow community members to support this idea so the development team can prioritize it. Improved reporting would empower organizations to maximize the value of their Bluebeam investment.
