Automatic Counting Tool

I would LOVE to see a counting tool that once you click in it, each mouse click it automatically increases by one; with the ability to start/pause/stop/and restart, ability to change visual attributes (in circle, square, traingle…). Purchasing Agents, Designers, and Estimators woul dbe thankful!

Good news @Megan C - it's in there under the Tools menu:

The default returns a red check mark, but you can customize the marker.

To build on the previous response, @Megan C, The count function can also be used in conjunction with the Search feature to quickly count items generated from a search. This can be accessed by using the lightening bolt drop down in the Search Panel and picking 'Apply Count Measurement to Checked'.

Be aware, counts from this functionality are subject to the correctness of the search results.

The Sequence function does that. It will show up in your markups list as a sequence.

the Count tool doesn't do that

After rereading, this seems like the better response to the original question. This is the first I've heard of the Sequence tool. Neat!
