Zoom feature when measuring in Bluebeam Cloud mobile application

Bluebeam VU for mobile device had this zoom feature to help you measure something inside of the application. Now with the Bluebeam Cloud mobile application, it does not zoom in to show you where you are placing your measurements. This feature was extremely helpful, and it would be nice to see it incorporated into Bluebeam Cloud mobile application. Another side note is the measurements in the application are pretty large and obscure the page sometimes.

Hi @chardenberger, thanks for trying out the new measurement tools and sharing the feedback.

When you mention “zoom,” can you clarify what behavior you’re missing? In the current app, once you’re in draw mode we expect you to start placing the measurement, but pinch-to-zoom during placement is something we’re actively evaluating. We do support a magnifier with a reticle at your touch point to help with precise placement. Is that not giving you the accuracy you need?

Can you share what device you’re using (iPhone or iPad), and whether you’re using Apple Pencil?

I am currently using an iPad with no pencil. I do see the magnifier with a reticle at your touch point pop up when placing measurements; however, when zoomed in the circles attached to the measurements are pretty large and make it hard to see where you are placing the measurement. Attached is a photo showing what I am talking about. It would be nice if the circles weren't there and if the line was not so thick when zoomed in.

I see where you can change the width after placing the measurement, but the difficulty of size and the circles while placing the measurement is still cumbersome. Also, is there a rotate function?
