Bluebeam Cloud app for iOS / Android

Hi,

Is there anything in BlueBeam's pipeline to support Microsoft Intune and their policies? Like App Protection Policy? Or other MDM solutions.

If not, does anyone have experience in how to handle this? There must be alot of people using BlueBeam with Intune or other MDM solutions.

Hi @NIKKIP,

Bluebeam does not currently support Microsoft Intune App Protection Policies (MAM/APP). That requires the app to implement the Intune SDK, which Bluebeam has not done.

For enterprise control, Bluebeam Org Admin is the primary solution today. It provides centralized user and license management, domain ownership, admin roles, and for qualified orgs, SSO and SCIM with Entra ID or Okta. This allows IT teams to manage access through their existing identity lifecycle.

Most customers pair this with:

Entra Conditional Access (MFA, device compliance, sign-in controls)
Intune for app deployment and updates

This model enforces security at the identity and device level rather than inside the app itself.

If Intune APP/MAM is a hard requirement, that’s worth raising as feedback. Otherwise, Org Admin plus Entra and Intune is the pattern we see working today.
