I worked on a document a good part of yesterday and then Quickbooks cratered my computer and BlueBeam managed NOT to do the recovery. That is terribly frustrating.
I feel your pain @mgatenby! I've learned the hardway on this and built the muscle memory to save my document after every couple of markups. I even went as far as to program a mouse button to launch the "save" process…
That's brilliant. I fought hard and consistently to get Bluebeam to do an autorecovery in the first place and they did, but I guess it's useless. I got a party line of "we don't know if people want their work saved" for a long time——-but I love that excel is more helpful on this. Thank you for the response.
