Desired features:

Select multiple fields and be able to assign the same format for all selected fields.
Assign a default format for new fields.
Use the column heading as the start of the field name (similar to row 1) in subsequent rows when using Automatic Create Form Fields.
Recognize the location of a field when a field underline or box does not appear on the pdf (ie: recognize the columns and rows to create fields when the pdf field area is blank).
Recognize total and subtotal rows when using Automatic Create Form Fields and create the calculated field for each column.
Be able to import an Excel worksheet to create form document (with formatting and calculations).
Copy the calculation formula from one row to use on subsequent rows (ie: copy the formula B2+C2+D2=E2 to E3 so that it adds B3+C3+D3).

You can do 5 and 6 already. As for the rest, I'll back you.
Can I add too that if you format a field as a number, it automatically aligns right like Excel?

for 5, you would want to set your Subtotal to certain fields, and then your Total to the sum of the Subtotal fields.
A pain yes, but it is doable.

for 6 you need some JavaScript. It is doable.
You're going to want to talk to someone like @Liz Larsen or @Mitch Youngs for more information

For 6 you can import the excel doc and create form fields or you could import the excel data into an existing form document but currently formatting and calculations will need to be integrated manually into your template.

Thanks for the response. I know that all the items listed can be done manually; however, the effort is labor intensive. My goal is to have features developed that can accomplish the desired results without having to spend hours creating forms. For example, we have a bid form with 120 fields, formatting each individually is a tedious and repetitive effort that could be easily and quickly accomplished with the requested enhancements. Btw,

No one in our office is proficient with JavaScript, so that is not an option.
BB does not recognize subtotal and total fields and formatting when importing an Excel worksheet. I'd like to know how you are able to accomplish items 5 & 6.

Thanks for your reply. We are hoping for tools that make creating forms more efficient.

I agree that Bluebeam could really do some things to make the form builder less tedious. Especially formatting multiple fields. Hopefully this gets some attention.
