Before BB Revue was reinstalled on my machine, I used to be able to fix text to the text box. I have lost that command and don't know how to get it back.
"Alt+Z" is the quickest way when you're in the text editing mode, but you can also change a setting in your preferences to do this automatically.
I can't seem to find how to set this autosize text button to show either @KGlaser, but I may have found a workaround!
You can set the text box to autosize in the text box properties pane:
You can then set this as your default - or create a custom "autosize textbox tool" in your tool chest. Maybe even place it into your "my tools" chest and assign a number to it for easy 1 click access.

@KGlaser are you looking to make the text box fit the text or are you looking to change the font size for the text so that it fits the text box that you have drawn?
it took me a while to find the screen you are showing above, and I clicked the box, but there isn't any change. There used to be a symbol within the Font toolbar that I could click to automatically scale the font to match the box size. Can you help me find that?

I think I found what you are looking for @KGlaser, but I'm not finding how to edit the tool bar to add/subtract it - it already shows when I select a text box:
Once "Autosize Text" is selected the font changes as the box is resized.
Can anyone help @KGlaser on how to make this option available to them?

I have the answer to this problem now!!
I no longer had the PROPERTIES TOOLBAR checked. That solved many of the frustrating issues I was having.

I marked up a cloud in Revu and added three comments to the markup. On the web version, I can see all three comments. However, on the iPad, only two are displayed, and the first comment is not visible. Does anybody know how to display the first comment on the iPad?
I have a snapshot that I saved in my toolbox. The picture went away and the tool was grayed out, so I deleted it. The empty snapshot got onto my document while I was doing this process. I did not realize it at the time and continued marking up the document. Everything else is working properly. Now I have the grayed outā¦
Hiāhas anyone found a way to navigate the menu bar using alt and arrow keys (or something else)? I'm currently seeing that pressing alt highlights "revu" on the left, but no key can drop it down or shift the highlight to a different menu bar option (eg document). I also notice that if alt is pressed, then a menu bar optionā¦
CAn we export form Bluebeam to DXF. If not any way we can export the lines to be used in anlaysis software
Some of the consultant drawings I receive have a protected scale and when taking measurement and areas it doesn`t show up in the markup list. Also the drawing is blued out. Is there away around this Many thanks Murray
I've been trying to find anything related to this, but all I see is default tool 'settings' but I want to change the tool, not settings of the tool. The default selected now is the pan tool but my most used tool is the select text tool and when I open a new PDF or have multiple opened and then I close one, Revu will changeā¦
Hello, I have used the Grab feature for years and it is one of my most frequently used tools. Recently, however, when I grab from one drawing and paste into another, the file size increases from around 1 MB to 2 GB. If I switch off āTake Vector Snapshotsā, it resolves the file size issue and the drawing size hardlyā¦

When working on a file, Bluebeam will freeze then shut down. It's been happening quite frequently. Why is this happening?

Is there a way to change the icon to something like SW for sidewalk area? I have the measuring tools set up with custom labels and layers to facilitate review and quantity totalā¦
