When NOT to use Sessions?

I'm working with a new firm, and they have clients who might (based on comments from other posts) not want us to use Bluebeam Studio Sessions. I'm assuming these objections that people have experienced are based on some security protocols their clients have.

My question is, what are those objections? What do we need to ask our clients so that we can confirm whether or not BB Sessions are compatible with their requirements? It seems that BB Sessions are on par with Autodesk BIM360/ACC, so what's the difference?

I'm thinking we need to include language in our contracts to specify that we will or will not use BB Sessions depending on the client.

The only hesitation I've seen is if it's a government project or client. Otherwise there really aren't many solid arguments against using Sessions. It's truly a great function that brings so much value to projects.
