We’re excited to share that the Bluebeam Max Beta (Powered by Revu 21.8) is now open for applicants. This is your opportunity to explore new features before they officially launch, share your feedback directly with our Bluebeam team, and help us fine‑tune Bluebeam Max for your everyday workflows.

Here’s what’s included in this release:

Offset: Easily create precise duplicate markups at defined distances for faster, CAD‑like drawing right inside Revu.
Markup “Convert and Duplicate As”: Transform or duplicate markups into different types instantly, reducing extra steps and streamlining your processes.
Stitching: Combine partial viewports from multiple drawings into one seamless document to improve efficiency and drawing alignment.
Revu Tool Set Syncing: Keep your Tool Sets with you wherever you log in using your BBID—across desktops and, in the future, mobile platforms.

Who can join:
Anyone with an active Core or Complete Revu 21 license can participate. All you need is your Bluebeam ID (BBID). If you don’t have one yet, you can create it here.

Bluebeam Max appears to be an AI variant of Revu:

Will this the default nature of 21.8 or an entirely separate version of Revu with it's own updates?

Bluebeam Max will be a new subscription tier (like core or complete). So the updates will be part of Revu, but will only be available to you based on what your subscription level is.

Appreciate the follow up, so to clarify this is releasing alongside upcoming updates but is simply locked behind the currently unnamed subscription tier, similar to how a Basics license would see functions reserved to Core/Complete?

I can see you in the project, looks like you're ready to go for next week. What was giving you the impression you had a permissions problem? Can you send me a screenshot of what you're seeing on your end?

That's right some of the features being tested will be part of Bluebeam Max which is a new subscription tier releasing next March. You can join beta and test these Max features out now before this new tier is released next year.

Hello, I was curious if once I fill out the form to join if there was email confirmation that the form as been filled out? Also when should I expect to hear back if I got accepted or not?

Hi. I looked you up in the project and it appears that you have applied successfully. The test will begin next week and when it starts you will receive an email with more information about how to get started. For now you're all set, nothing else needs to be done on your end.

The ability to offset mark-ups should be available to all users - not just those taking out a "Max" subscription. This seems like gouging - especially for those already paying for "Complete" and not wanting the AI tools. Does this mean that future improvements will only be rolled out to Max users?
