What version of Revu are you on? Full ARM support was added in 21.6, and additional fixes have been made since then. 21.

Yes, that's the last/old version of Revu, which is on "end of life" and will not be supported after July 2026. If you upgrade to new Revu, you'll likely find a host of updates you'll find helpful.
Revu 21 does require a subscription though, as it does have a different licensing model that provides more updates and improvements.
I have noticed when saving a file as PDF from Word the are sometime several bookmarks listed as "1". Bookmarks are created using Word headers, but there are never any headers named "1". Does anyone know why this happens and how to prevent it?

Good afternoon, I'm dealing with plans where every page is a differant scale. When I switch the scale on a differant page, it changes qunatities for all pages. I tried using viewports but it won't show me the total rollup on the bottom of the whole project. Any ideas? Thank you!

We are using the Revu version from 2015. We have yellow imbedded links in our PDFs that point to other PDFs. The only way these links work is if we have the folder where they are stored turned onto IE Mode. We want to get away from using IE Mode with Edge. Can someone help guide me through the process?
I did not see this before but lately yes - when you click File/Email on any open file, the email window opening up will have the file attached but the actual file name will have [1] added to the name looking like ***[1].pdf while the subject line shows the original file name. Just did the update this morning. Everything went well except I no longer have the Revu icon. It is just looks like a piece of paper with the right, top corner bent over. Is this the new icon or did something not load correctly?
Is there a way to add together measurements between multiple pages? Say I markup a ton of items as MTL-2 over many pages; is there a way to add them all together? Like the legend below but for all pages with MTL-2
Last night, our Admin team nearly lost their minds. While converting 92 Word documents to PDF, they discovered that the new PDFs were displaying the old versions of the Word documents. Any ideas what caused this and how to prevent or correct the problem if it happens again? They converted perfectly this morning.
