Can I have 2 Sets open at once and have them switch back and forth with the tabs at the top?

I created separate sets for my Arch, Struc, Civil, etc. drawings. It helps to have 2-3 open at once. They will open as a tab a the top of the window but only 1 Set is available at a time in the Sets window. Can I have more then one Set open and have is switch as I switch through the main window tabs?

Sets allows you to combine disciplines, why not just have them all in one?

I would but my Set becomes really big and working from a jobsite trailer over a DSL connection makes Checking In a file a big commitment. I created the Set hoping it would help me track my revised Sheets better. I didn't think through the fact that Bluebeam would need to keep all the previous revisions in my pages folder.

your best bet might be to a Drawing Index open that is linked to all the respective sheets.
Or one Drawing Index for each discipline.

If I understand you, your idea is to create hyperlinks to each sheet from the Drawing Index provided by the Architect or from an Index I create? Is that correct?

You can even set up a link on each sheet back to the Drawing Index.

The way I do that is in the Batch Hyperlink dialog box, I rename the Drawing Index Page to the Project number, then it automatically creates one.

If you create the Index yourself, it will automatically be hyperlinked.

With your set open, if you pull down the Sets menu and goto Publish you can export a drawing log and configure a bunch of settings and it will make you a hyperlinked list of drawings that corresponds to the drawings in your set.

Zoom Scroll on Split screen tabs affecting both tabs

Mark up a locked drawing
Several Municipalities are requesting the PDF's be Unlocked so they can mark-up and add their stamps. Much to Engineers sealed drawings, they do not want them unlocked. I tried scanning and sending them, but they are still locked. Can a blank mark-up layer be added before or after password protecting the drawing?

Hi Everyone, I have been back and forth all morning trying to reset my scale sizing. it is showing my measurements in inches and ft but I need them in m2.
