In Bluebeam Revu, if you click on Help > Send Log Files > Yes, it opens a formatted email with the To: address already completed with 'support@bluebeam.com'.
Please add a configuration option to allow a business to over-ride the To: address and to modify the text of the Attach Log Files pop-up dialog box.
We have over 2,100 end-users in multiple locations. We have asked those users to REPLACE the To: email address with an internal email address. This allows us to investigate / resolve the issue before the issue is submitted to Bluebeam Support. Not all of our end-users follow this request or are even aware of this request.
