How to create Page Labels and Bookmarks from AutoCAD exports that include the Sheets and Views level

Hi All,

I would like Bluebeam create Page Labels and Bookmarks from the bookmark meta data in my PDFs. However in their PDF exports AutoCAD includes a Sheet and Views bookmark above the sheet number and description one. This seem to mess up Bluebeam's ability to create the labels automatically. I would use Page Area option but my Architect uses a "designer" sheet labeling style which doesn't play nice with OCR. I have attached an example sheet.

To date I have been altering the bookmarks in Acrobat before opening the file in Bluebeam but it is time consuming.

Not saying that it wouldn't be nice if they were just there automatically, but you can create page labels from the bookmarks that do come in rather quickly. If they don't work at the level they are at, you can move the bookmarks up one level in the hierarchy and then you can use them to create the page labels.
