Add option to place Dynamic Fill up to other markups

As noted in a previous suggestion when placing dynamic fill all existing markups are hidden during the process and the fill is placed up to PDF linework. My suggestion would be to allow dynamic fill to be placed against markups that have already been placed. That way, if you have already placed a curbline markup, or a sidewalk markup the fill could be placed against these continuous markups rather than having to "plug the gaps" that are often found in the PDF linework.

This would also be helpful on large irregular shaped areas where you need to work against phasing lines that are established in Revu.

I should note that this can be accomplished currently by temporarily flattening the markup that you want to place the dynamic fill against, placing the Dynamic Fill and then unflattening the markups, but it is another couple of steps.
