Preference Features Lost

So here's an interesting one for a Monday morning - just started using Bluebeam and discovered that my preferences for snap to, cross hairs, snap to colour, etc. have all been reset to the original default settings.
I'm still on 21.6.1 (dare not update to 21.7 until there is 21.7.1) so no changes resulting from a new download or anything like that.
Has this happened to anyone else lately?

So the whole thing looks like it is falling apart now.

Trying to add some details in a custom column to half a dozen or so selected markups via the Properties Panel - you can enter the details but nothing appears in the Markups List.
This is not going well.
Am I going to have to do the dreaded update to 21.7???

After you configure Bluebeam how you like, save as a new profile or to your current profile. Save your profile locally or on a server by exporting it. It has a stock save location, but it is easier to find this way. You don't have to hunt down the file path when you want to import your profile. This serves as a back up so you can import your profile if there are ever any issues with configurations.

My profiles are all saved to Dropbox and I know where they are so that part is all okay.

What has gone on this morning is really strange - various things being changed or not working yet I have been working in the same way for several months. It is almost like the errors that occur when you install a new version of Bluebeam -

There are various bugs that were introduced when the toolbox update was published. The tools shift around inside of the toolbox, text fields not retaining information unless you click into another property field of the same tool, and phantom text inputs when you click from tool to tool.

Hope the dev see your post and look for a work around in the meantime.

Yep - I've already reported a few of these issues. But this post was all about the issues that I've encountered for the first time today. Very bizarre!
