Automation agents

I've searched and haven't found any information on integrating 'AI agents' with BB. Agents such as n8n or MS Power Automate.

There would be many uses, but specifically I want to investigate (implement) a check gate at the signature/signing stage. i.e. the document may be signed only if other steps have taken place. Those steps may be internal or external to BB.

Send tool sets to Cloud
I found this support article, but I don't see the options shown in the screenshot to send to Cloud. At the bottom of the tool set menu I only see Manage Tool Sets, there's no Send Tool Sets to Bluebeam Cloud.

Default Extract All Pages?
When extracting pages, I currently have to either: Select all pages first, then use Extract [Ctrl+Shift+X], or Go to Extract and change the page range dropdown from Selected to All Pages. Is there a way to skip these steps and have All Pages set as the default so I can extract the full document with a single click?
