Revu 21 sign in screen is blank when trying to sign in

Hello, I've read a few forums on here with the same issue. I'm using an M3 MacBook pro with parallels and windows 11 installed. When I open Revu 21 the sign in screen is blank but I some of the buttons work, seems like they are just invisible. I was able to sign in by guessing where the text box is and the sign in button, but would like to resolve the blank sign-in screen issue.

Here are some of the solutions I've tried that didn't fix the problem.

1 - clear dns cache in terminals

2 - download Visual c++ redistributable

3 - open 32-bit version of revu 21 (I can't find 32-bit version, there is only one option. I don't know how to check if my version is 64-bit or 32-bit) - I'm not super tech savy so not sure if I am doing it right.

Any help or suggestions would be great. Thanks!

@joshcwest, Sounds like you may need to get REVU® IT to look at this. I am not a MacBook user so I couldn't offer that much insight.

However, I can show you where to find out if you have 32-bit or 64-bit. go into your C: drive where the program files are saved - My file path looks like this C:\Program Files\Bluebeam Software\Bluebeam Revu\21\Revu and it will show a folder titled X32 or x64. Whatever you see there is the version that you have.
