Markups list - line length not showing up

In the Markups list, whether applying a filter or not, the length of a line does not show up.

I would like to export to excel all the lines with length property, but in the markups list the length is not shown. Are the two "length" properties the same?

Is this a bug?

How to turn of brown Help Box
Does anyone know hw to turn off this feature (brown help box) that lets you know the highlight is in use. toggling between different documents or screens, it moves every time you move documents. It is very distracting and moves your page.
Required Form Fields before being allowed to save
In the past we were able to require fields to be filled out before an individual could save the form. Now, if I make a field required it only puts a red thick border around it. This allows individuals to skip a field and submit a form with missing information. It is driving me crazy. Someone please advise. Thank you! :)

I use custom stamps regularly and find panning up and down in the dropdown to be annoying since the icon to pan up or down is so small and when my pointer goes past it the drop down disappears, then I need to find my stamp again..! Please fix..
