Hi, I have a question about the "Visual Search" feature.

I have watched the tutorial on how to use this feature from the Bluebeam University so tried testing it out for myself, it all worked fine until I realised that when I select an entity to search, it will only find and markup the entities above around the half way mark of the document. Has anyone else had this issue or does anyone know a fix? I tried this on multiple drawings and it seems to be the case that it happens on all of them.

I think this would have to be a technical support issue. The best I can do is ask for screenshots that include the entire page you are trying to search in, the setting of your search, and the full list of results. If I know all of those things I may be able to help… (no promises)
