On last Tuesday, 22.04.2025, I created an Excel-Export of user on the Bluebeam administration portal:
Unfortunately the column "Vertrag/Abo" (picture 1) is probably the same as the column "Plan" in Excel export (picture 2).
But the information is not complete, because the column for deactivated user or user with the assignment "unpaid collaborator" is empty.
In the Export you cannot distinguish between case (1) and case (2), as in both cases the Excel export is just an empty cell.

I recommend to update the export function fulfilling the following requirements:
1. Column names must be identically in both cases (web view and excel)
2. Content of all cells must be identically
3. Mix of different languages must be avoid, e.g. even I set my language in the portal to English, everything is still in German while the Excel export is English.
