Layers to be able to move when CNTRL SHIFT TO ORDER rather then have to select each one individually

When selecting layers, CNTRL SHIFT select , we cannot move the LAYERS in a group they HAVE to be done individual this is extremely inconvenient as its a simple movement of layers and option
If we have 100's or layers, this is very time consuming when a simple option to select all in a group and move up or down into a section of layers
