When replying to a markup comment, the only way to know when a reply has been made is to scan the document to find the arrows physically. With several hundred pages, finding these needle in a haystack notifications can be time-consuming. It would be beneficial that when a reply is made to a comment, the owner of the comment is alerted to signal action is needed by the recipient. Currently you can not search or filter for replies either. Replies can be a very useful tool to collaborate and communicate with users, but they are often overlooked or missed because no one is aware that a reply has happened without the physical monitoring of each markup in a document.
