I'm trying to share a profile with a colleague but the profile won't upload to his machine without my drawing. the profile used to share without the drawing but now it won't load without the drawing?
Any ideas on how I can remedy this
To clarify - the profile now only works with one drawing. When I close the drawing the profile disappears and when I open an another drawing the profile does not apply to other drawings.
Would you be willing to upload your file and profile for others to test?

I think I have found a work round - to export and import the custom columns in custom columns rather than importing and exporting the profile.
However, I'm finding I have to import the custom columns for each drawing and then reorganise the positions of the columns.
I would like to know if there are any place I could go to download toolsets for doors?
When I open a set of plans in Bluebeam, I get hundreds and many times thousands of items that automatically populate into the Markups List. I try to delete them but it won't allow this to happen. When extracting pages, I currently have to either: Select all pages first, then use Extract [Ctrl+Shift+X], or Go to Extract and change the page range dropdown from Selected to All Pages.
