I often markup several documents at the same time moving back and forth between them. It would be very helpful if markup properties were linked to the documents and not universal.
I can see how that would be helpful, but at the same time frustrating for those who want the opposite function (properties match). For now, it seems opening a second session of Bluebeam would be your best option - at least until they offer the option you're looking for.
