As a longtime user of Bluebeam Revu and Bluebeam Revu for iPad, I was extremely disappointed to find that Revu for iPad was no longer being supported as of January 1, 2026. As a seasoned architect, this app became significantly integral to our work, especially when it comes to creating Punch Lists. Now that Revu for iPad…
We are an A/E firm with multiple disciplines. We use Bluebeam in the field for A/E Site Observations and Punch Lists from the entire team. We set up a Studio Session for all disciplines to use in the field for their observations. One of the features we use a lot in the current Bluebeam I-Pad app is embedding photos into a…
It is incredibly frustrating to have to log back in after 7 days of inactive use. We have separate licenses procured for our meeting rooms and every time we have to hunt around for usernames and passwords. I called technical support and they stated it was for security issues which is total bunk. There are plenty of…

You can easily close all files in a session, but you can't easily open all files in a session. When we're going to take out review summaries, we have to spend a lot of time opening file by file. It would save a lot of time if we could choose to open all pdf files in the session.
When a lot of files are included in a session, it is difficult to keep track of which file is displayed. It would be nice if the document that is showing on the screen also is highlighted och marked in the document column on the right.
When you have many sessions in Bluebeam Studio, it is sometimes difficult to keep track of which sessions you have finished without having to go into the session. It would be nice to be able to add, for example, a mark that is reported outside the session
It would be helpfull to be able to clearly mark which files in a session have been reviewed, to be able to see how far you have come with the reviewing.
Not sure if I am missing something about the functionality of the link feature in spaces. It seems to just allow us to link from one space to other areas on a drawing. That is cool I guess, but I think it is easier to add a markup with reference text and "edit action" back to a space - that way I could mass create rather…
