Setting for a full new instance of Bluebeam upon tab breakout
A setting in preferences that when you breakout a tab the user can set it to automatically just give you a viewer of the tab (as is the default and only option at this time) or a full new instance of Bluebeam (akin to Foxit PDF Editor).

Add option to "Apply to Pages" feature for pages of same / similar size

Adding (1) to duplicated tools in tool chest
I am not sure if others have seen this as an inconvenience, however when duplicated a tool; does it duplicate above or below? It would be ideal if possible to have a (1) added to the title automatically to allow for easy renaming, etc.
Resume a measurement
I don't see a way to resume a measurement once it's entered. There are times when I need to add more area to an existing area measurement or even extend a polyline by resuming the measurement. Count is the only one I see with a resume option.
Mousewheel to scroll through Stamps
It would be nice if I could use the mousewheel to scroll up and down through the stamps instead of going to the bottom or the top of the stamp dropdown, clicking or holding the left button on the mouse to access stamps at the bottom of the stamp dropdown.
