Bluebeam Revu needs an autosave option like what exists in Word where you can set it to save every so often in case it crashes or something happens to your computer. Also, I know it's supposed to prompt you to save changes when marking up a PDF, but that function doesn't seem to work consistently. If I accidentally close…
I'm trying to load a document with fillable form fields into a Bluebeam Studio session so that when attendees join the session, they can complete their portions of the form. However, when I add the document to the Studio session, all the form fields lock and cannot be filled. How can I make the fields fillable?
I have a PDF form created by a third-party. Every time I try adding my digital signature, the form turns black and illegible. Has anyone run in this? Any thoughts? I tried refilling the form and resigning, but it just happened a second time.
Having problem opening a file downloaded from https://au.i2.saiglobal.com/ in Revu BlueBeam. Below is the error: "There is a problem with this protected document. It may be damaged. Please contact the publisher for a clean file." Currently using Revu Complete 21.5. Greatly appreciated if someone can help one this.
Is there a tool which can apply a template to an existing PDF document? I can do it with the overlay tool, but its not efficient. I am currently specifically attempting to apply a letterhead to a PDF document without having to using snapshot, etc.
Long post for context: Yesterday I was trying to compare a revised architectural to realize that the floor plan has shifted in both the X and Y, so this morning I did a page snapshot. What I would like to know is, is there a way to snap to a point on the snapshot and move it to a point on the drawing?
I let my subscription lapse, uninstalled REVU, got a new opportunity and resubscribed. Installed new REVU package but when it starts it seems to be looking at the old, lapsed subscription. I can see the new subscription in Webstore but haven't found a way to get REVU to drop the old serial number and pickup the new one.…
Hello everyone, I work in the telecommunications field and frequently provide plan markups for various roadway projects. These plans often come in a wide range of scales—from 1" = 20' to 1" = 100'. I’m wondering if there’s a way to copy markups from a plan with one scale (e.g., 1" = 40') and paste them into another plan…
In our work, we frequently need to compare floor plan drawings. Often, we have to compare older drawings from archives with very new and detailed ones. The scales of these drawings often differ — sometimes from 1:100 to 1:200, but more commonly with small variations of 1–5% at a detailed level. Our current workflow is as…
I would like to remove and save approx. 10 pdfs from a studio session to condense the list to the most current files. The process of deleting individual files and saving a local copy is rather tedious. Is there a way to streamline the process?
