Did a quick search and found nothing. Maybe I am missing it, but is there a way to customize right click menu? Thanks in advanceā¦
New Year new problemsš¶ we are trying to setup our field iPads to use BlueBeam and are having issues. BB Support indicate the iPad app is no longer supported as of Dec 2025 and to use the web portal app.bluebeam.com, when we enter the web portal address in the iPad browser it directs us to download the mobile app. What isā¦
Ever since downloading the recent patch, my toolchests are behaving differently and its driving me nuts! -If I'm working in a toolchest from my library, the software no longer stays on the toolchest. It scrolls up to the top and I must scroll back down. Extremely inefficient. -The toolchests are lagging. I try to moveā¦
What is this icon in Studio Session? How do I address it? Clear it?:
is Bluebeam going to add more tools to the cloud based app? such as stamp, measure/dimension and count.
Does Bluebeam realize at least half of their customers use MDM? Did you know when you remove an app from an app store, it removes the app from all MDM devices thanks to the use of VPP Tokens? I am very glad they took such a careful approach to rolling out the new Bluebeam cloud! Now our 200 field guys have iPads they cantā¦
My autofill descriptions list for the Count Subject has grown too big. When I begin to type in the Subject field of the "Count Measurement Properties" I get a list that is too big. I would like to clear this suggestion list. They are not "Subjects" that I have used in current PDF I am working on. They are the combinedā¦
Hi, I am using Revu Complete and one of the main reasons I got it is for Batch Slip Sheeting. However, I find this feature to be very inconsistent at best. 2 main issues: The biggest problem is that every time I use it, whatever sheet is replaced, it's book mark is broken. So if I import 50 sheets, then save, those fiftyā¦
Hi all, I've recently been following the hype about working out of Bluebeam Sets as I'm looking for ways to streamline our workflow. I did have a question about viewing markups particularly when you are working with individual extracted drawing files as that seems like it gives you the best performance when working off ofā¦
We are using the Revu version from 2015. We have yellow imbedded links in our PDFs that point to other PDFs. The only way these links work is if we have the folder where they are stored turned onto IE Mode. We want to get away from using IE Mode with Edge. Can someone help guide me through the process?

Please add folders within sessions for document organization. This will make navigating to the documents within a session cleaner and easier as documents within a session can add up and be cumbersome to have to search through to find what the user is trying to open. This feature would be greatly appreciated by all. Thankā¦
Hi all, my name is Aily, and I'm the Manager of Customer Education at Bluebeam - nice to meet you! I want to learn how you prefer to train, onboard, or up-skill your internal employees on everything Bluebeam, so I can make sure we're allocating the right resources to the right kinds of training (aka help me help you!). Ifā¦
On the Bluebeam website, under "Resources" > "Need an older version of Revu?" there is only v20 and older. This needs new options, like v21.6. Currently the need for this is high, because v21.7 has a highly annoying "new feature" while drawing polylines, areas and contour and area measurement. Something goes visually wrongā¦
I just installed version 21.4 this morning on a second work machine, and encountered the common problem of Print to Bluebeam being broken during install. I resolved the problem using the following steps (Windows 11, 64 bit). I have admin privileges, so make sure you can make such changes before starting. I can't guaranteeā¦
While I wait for the influx of new members from the PHX/NorCal bug webinar I thought I'd ask about your experience with making custom hatches and line styles in Bluebeam (the topic of the webinar). There were some great examples of custom hatches and lines that made a lot of sense for those users. One was a civil officeā¦
If you've ever had to place a symbol on a drawing more than three times, you've probably wondered, "I wish I didn't have to keep clicking on the symbol every time I want to place it." I have great news for you š The Reuse Tools option keeps that tool selected for placing as many instances of a symbol as you need! There areā¦
Did you know that double-clicking a Bluebeam Revu Profile (.bpx file) automatically opens Revu and imports the profile for you? This is the quickest and easiest way to have a User import a Profile. It is a very low impact for our non-technical friends and co-workers. š It is much better than explaining how to click theā¦
I should be able to post a link here and have it take you to a Bluebeam session and a specific file within it. http:// (session URL) / file I should be able to link to a markup even as well. Why isn't this in Bluebeam yet? It's so frustrating that we (in multiple workplaces I've been at) have to say "hey folks we postedā¦
I would like another option for locking that allows for a shapes dimensions to be locked, but still be able to move the shape / sketch around. An example of this would be a toggle for "dimension lock" where I could trace the outline of a building and rotate / move it around a site or property without accidentally changingā¦
I have used BlueBeam Revu to create piping isometric drawings. However, this process takes a very long time and is painstaking because currently Revu only allows you to snap to 45° or 90°. If there was an option to turn on snapping to 15° increments, it would allow for much cleaner and faster creation/marking up of pipingā¦
