Eric, have you confirmed that your email program box is checked in the Bluebeam Administrator?

good morning. thank you for your reply, time and efforts on this however, there isn't an email program parameter that is within our bluebeam administrator app. We are using bluebeam ver. 21.3.0.4216. the only tabs within the administrator are Plugins, Net Config, Printer and AutoCAD Page Sizes. The default email configuration is within Windows 11 Default App settings, unless I am missing something….(which could be the case.) Thanks again for your help.

How to activate a Bluebeam plugin within Microsoft Office (10 and above)
- Open the Microsoft Office program (i.e., Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) you'd like to integrate with Bluebeam Revu.
- Select File > Options.
- Select Add-ins in the left sidebar.
- At the bottom of the dialog, select the Manage dropdown and choose COM Add-ins.
- Select Go.
- Select the check box for BluebeamOfficeAddIn.
- Press OK.
