Capture Media Pop-Up Should Act As A Window

When I attach a capture photo to a markup (generally a photo of an on site condition located on the drawings) the capture pop-up shows up. This is great, but it would be nice if this pop-up acted like a typical Microsoft Window. I would like it to have features such as, moving to another screen, maximizing or minimizing, zoom, etc. This would make this feature so much more useful.
