Allow for Hashtags (#) in Sharepoint using extension

Currently when a PDF has a # in it's filename, the Revu application does not open the file when choosing "Open in Revu" with the Sharepoint Extension installed.
We deal with a lot of PDFs every day in our company, coming from separate clients. A good number of them have hashtags in them, and our intake staff are instructed to look for them, but often they are missed, causing annoyance from our other staff when trying to open the files.
