Hidden Layer Remains Hidden

Bring back the feature that was in Revu 20 where if you had a layer hidden and assigned a markup to that layer, the layer remained hidden and the markup hid. Currently in Revu 21, when you assign a markup to a hidden layer, the layer reappears.

This would be helpful when you are going through and assigning markups to layers and want to keep track of your progress.
