Search and Replace Text Strings in Markups

We would really like to be able to, with a single command, change all occurrences of text in MARKUPS, such as “APPROVAL” to “CONSTRUCTION”, “0.A” to “0.0”, or “XX/XX/2024” to “09/19/2024”, etc., no matter if the text is the entire string, is part of a sentence, or whether or not the text is in a Group. Similar to what we do in Excel, Word, Autocad, etc.

I would add that this feature would be useful if it had a filter applied such that the updated text string was only applied to a specific Author who made the mark up.
