Improve the compatibility of polylength measurements and spaces

Currently, when the bounding box of a polylength measurement is larger than the space the markup is in, the measurement won't be considered to be inside a space, and the space-information won't show up in the Markups list.

When the polylength is split, the bounding boxes fit inside the space and the measurements are considered to be inside a space.

This causes the user to have to either a) split all polylength measurements, or b) not use polylength tool as intended and only use it to create single lines (or use the "length" tool). Which causes a lot of extra work when working with spaces and polylength measurements of varied shapes.

I would like Bluebeam to be able to recognize the polylength measurement being inside the space, even when the bounding box is larger than the space, if the measurement itself is 100 % inside the space.
