Add HTML Link to files list in both Sessions and Projects.

We often use Bluebeam for everything PDF and Excel (through Sharepoint)/GSheets for a live speadsheet to document things during the duration of our projects. It would be very convenient to have the ability to put a link inside of the session that just opens a web browser.
Bluebeam is phenomenal for PDF's and drawings, but we utilize spreadsheets that are often shared between many, many stakeholders and Excel/Google are preferred.
