Center Line / Column Line Symbol

Alt code 248 provides a Degree Symbol as in °F when typing. We need a similar method to add a Column Line abbreviation which is traditionally a C with an L superimpose dover it (usually the L is a little taller or offset down. ℄ found that in a google and was able to copy / past here.
Article indicates it is created by "Unicode Character “℄” (U+2104)"
How is that entered in Bluebeam text?

It would be nice to have easy access to certain symbols without having to revert to toolsets. I know some fonts support various symbols but not enough to be a long term solution.
