Text Box vs Typewriter

Bluebeam has a ton of cool tools and features but one that's confused me is the difference between Text Box and Typewriter.
The Text Box tool is useful for placing text notes and comments on the PDF. Text is contained within a text box you define, including its size, background color, and other properties.
The Typewriter tool is useful for entering information into form-like PDFs where rows are regularly spaced. The Typewriter tool also allows you to enter text without having to define a text box.
Which is your go-to text tool and why?

I like Typewriter for one word entries, like in a titleblock or form. I use Text Box for anything that needs a sentence or paragraph.
