Open Read-Only and Reload Latest

Please add an option to open a PDF as read-only. AutoCAD has the same feature and is helpful. It is common for one person to be working on a PDF, not in a session, and another wanting to open it. It would be great to add a "Reload Latest" right click option for read-only files, where it reloads the file without having to close and reopen.

    For example, File A and File S are open in one instance of Bluebeam, and I also have File S open on a second instance of Bluebeam; if I try to close out of the first instance with the A and S files open, it will notify me that I have two occurrences of S open. If I Cancel the close procedure, it closes everything without saving A or S. I lose all the changes I made to A. Fix it somehow, please.
