User export - make all fields exportable

In the user administration list for Bluebeam subscription, there are fields for Title, Phone, etc for the user, but those are not searchable or exportable. We want to use the Title field to assign the billing division, but it does not display in list view or export. These user fields are almost useless if they can't be exported.
