Convert shape to Area
I don't know how many times I have drawn a rectangle or polygon shape to create an outline or fill, only to need the area. Instead of redrawing it, it would be great to be able to simply convert it to an area. Or have them always calculate area regardless of the tool?

I am going to second this! I develop a lot of exhibits and often use the polygon to outline extents of different areas. Sometimes I am asked after-the-fact for an area take-off, and it can be a lot of rework. I don't often begin exhibits with the Area tool because that's not usually the intent of the product, but it when it evolves in that direction, it would be great to have an option to right-click and "Convert to area", or to toggle on a caption for specific polygons. I suppose I could change my habit and only use the Measurement tools, and toggle off all the labels at the start - but that feels like extra steps to manage for a scenario that I may not even need.

I had a co-worker ask me this morning if Bluebeam could do this. Seems like a good idea to me.
