Centralise Selected Markup

Instead of using the zoom to extents of a selected markup, it would be great to have the option of maintaining the current zoom but moving the view so the selected markup is in the centre of the screen.

At present, if the markup or part of it is on the screen, the view doesn't change meaning some details are not always visible.
