Batch Headers Filename without File Extension

In the Headers and Footers menu there is an option to use the file name as the header/footer. When using this field, the header will include the file name, plus the file extension "My Document.pdf". This idea is to be able to apply the filename ONLY to the header "My Document" without the file extension ".pdf". These use case is I have a folder of PDF attachments named Attachment 01, Attachment 02, Attachment 03, etc. I'd like to batch apply headers to all these files using the filename "Attachment 01" but I don't need to see the ".pdf".
Request: Add a property to the File Data pop-up in the headers menu for File Name without extension.
