Markups list not accepting text input

Hey guys! Got a coworker who's having issues being able to input text into a text based custom column. When he goes through the properties panel it lets him edit the property to his heart's content. The problem is that in his workflow he usually makes those changes through the markups list instead but it suddenly stopped working for him. Any ideas what could cause this? I had him close and re-open Bluebeam and then I had he delete and then re-download the Profile he was using. Still no luck. I went and did the same on my end to see if there might be something wrong with the profile, but it worked perfectly fine for me.

He is also on the latest version of Revu, as am I. Would this likely just be a matter of re-installing Revu 21.4? Can't think of anything else to try.
